My classes are interlaced with anatomy and biomechanics knowledge that came from extensive yoga training as well over 25 years of experience in the martial arts. This combination will help you adapt the practice to your abilities. I guide your physical practice via mindfulness awareness rooted in the breath and ultimately helping the practitioner understand yoga philosophy.
